AMBERBOCK BEER SAUCE FOR WINGS

Published in the “Kansas City BBQ Society 25th Anniversary Edition” Cookbook

Makes about 3 cups

1 (12-ounce) bottle Michelob AmberBock beer or your own favorite

1 tsp. onion powder

1 TB. chopped garlic

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 TB. hot red pepper flakes

1/2 c. hot sauce

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

2 TB. white vinegar

1 TB. Dijon mustard

1/2 c. molasses

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
